Noise & silence: sleep better despite noise

Reducing noise does not always mean chasing complete silence. The right strategy depends on the source: traffic, neighbours, snoring, intermittent events or a steady background. Sleeple prioritizes reducing the real source first, then protection, then masking when necessary.

Our editorial rule: white, pink or brown noise, earplugs and sound machines will never be presented as universal insomnia treatments. Evidence varies by population and protocol. Commercial pages will always separate measurable specifications, study findings and marketing claims.
