Temperature & sleep: stay comfortable when nights are hot

Night-time thermal comfort depends on the room and the bed itself. Sleeple separates ambient temperature, humidity, airflow, bedding insulation and active cooling so we do not reduce the topic to “18°C for everyone” or “cooling fabric = cooled body”.

Our editorial rule: cool-to-touch sensation, breathable fibres and gel layers will never be treated as proof of sustained cooling. Future comparisons will separate mechanism, measurement, duration and independent evidence.

Once affiliate programmes are active, this cluster can compare quiet fans, summer sheets and duvets, breathable mattress protectors, pillows and toppers for hot sleepers, plus active bed-cooling systems. Products will be evaluated using verifiable criteria: thermal mechanism, dimensions, noise, energy use, cleaning, warranty, returns, observed price and available evidence.
