Darkness & sleep masks: reduce light without falling for myths
The goal is not a “perfect” bedroom. It is to reduce light that actually interferes with sleep and choose the simplest solution: darken the room, wear a mask or combine both.
Our editorial rule: we will never reduce the subject to “blue light = bad sleep”. Intensity, duration, timing and wavelength interact. A sleep mask is a light-control tool, not a universal insomnia treatment.
